Work Stream site was migrated to Picarto.tv, subscribed to a paid plan, and I registered emoto (Stamp). However, unlike Piczel.tv, it seems that only subscribers can use emote.
作業StreamのサイトをPicarto.tvに移行して有料プランに加入し、emoto（顔文字？スタンプ？）を登録しました。しかしPiczel.tvと違い、サブスクリプションした人しかemoteを使う事ができないようです。
I tried Piczel.tv again today, but the stream and viewing of the video were interrupted, so it is difficult to use from Japan. Are there any other good stream sites?
今日もPiczel.tvを試しましたが動画の配信も視聴も途切れ、日本からの使用は難しいです。他に良い配信サイトありませんかね？
