News related to the "Ultra-Mega Fan" and "God" tiers

I've decided to add the opportunity for the "Ultra-Mega Fan" and "God" tiers to test beta versions of "Arizona", as they are being developed, the same way as the "Bug Killer" tier.
All original benefits of those tiers will remain intact.
