The young man for Cersei, was the guy who slept with Loras, who was originally in service of Littlefinger. Cersei used that information for the questioning of Loras and Margery that got them arested. The young man for Olenna was Lancel Lannister. I guess he hasn't confessed to the high sparrow what he did with and knew about Cercei before that. Olenna probably told the high sparrow he should have a chat with Lancel about Cersei. So littlefinger is basically maximizing chaos.
