Also, if they never consummate the marriage, they aren't married. Tyrion does hope for her to want to, but if she never does, the marriage isn't legally binding. Which is why Margery keeps getting to marry kings... even though she's not really a Virgin. Her "mother" didn't actually teach her anything.
