Well, it turns out that I've managed to poke the Itch devs (and then the Wine devs) about this (see https://github.com/itchio/itch/issues/2324 and https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47813 ). It turns out that a specific system call was left unimplemented in Wine, and the Itch client for Windows just so happened to use that system call. In any case, running the Windows Itch client in Lutris and then setting Lutris to use Wine version 4.17 or newer allows a Linux user to successfully launch Kemo Coliseum. Feel free to point other Linux users in the direction of this info if you get asked about playing this game on Linux.

There is a possibility, but it'll have to be later since I can't provide support for Linux, and having to keep 3 platforms up to date is a lot of work which might slow down the dev speed. - Punipen

Might it be possible to have a Linux build of Kemo Coliseum? I've recently transitioned to using a Linux Mint laptop as my primary device, and while I have gotten Itch.io for Windows running on it (through Lutris, which uses Wine), I seem to be facing issues with successfully executing Kemo Coliseum from within the Itch client. I can run the Kemo Coliseum Windows binary (that Itch.io for Windows run through Lutris/Wine is able to download) independently outside of Itch, but doing so triggers the "this game must be started through Itch" message, which prevents the game from being played.

I'm not sure I understand the question. If you're taking about Aoba's scene in the thumbnail, it's the scene after you proceed far enough into his romantic route. - Punipen

Are the characters that appear in Murvin ’s Massage Mini-CG Volga and Murvin?

Interesting stuff here. I like the idea of better exp scaling, it took a lot of time to level up Volga to 20 in chapter 2 and I haven't played around with chapter 3 enough to know how that one does. The Dungeons revealing as you go along is a more logical option, but unless I'm remembering incorrectly there was a time in the older builds where that was the way it worked, then it changed to what it is now. (Not a major issue either way though) Hoping to find the time to play through chapter 3 at some point, and looking forward to seeing what the next few chapters have in store. Keep up the good work.

Some are, but not all of them. We want to focus on main quests first so that we can come back and look at the game to add sidequests later. Some sidequests are already being wirtten so we will work more on that. We would also prioritize sidequests with erotic scenes higher than other sidequests, since we want it to be a break from the main storyline. - Punipen

Yes, we found this from the calculation too (not shown in the report since I thought it wasnt important as we won't use this anymore) I think currently if you don't grind at all you'll be at level 16~17. With the new exp growth, it'll be more or less similar to the one posted in the report. - Punipen

No, the main quests are completed, but not the sidequests, dating scenes, npc conversations etc. If you just want to enjoy the main story, you can play it right now though. Please check the latest build announcement post for more info. - Punipen

Great report! I am apparently very under-leveled as I dont think I'm even over level 20 and I'm on my fight with Darius. Looks like I have a lot of grinding to do... I'm excited to see the Murvin scene 😁

I saw on the news that the level I should have at the end of the chapter shall be 24 but that's not the level I have :D. I always struggle to level up on the game and it takes so long... My Volga is Lv20 I guess (and I trained Volga 'cause he was Lv16 at the last battle that I couldn't win). A lot of fight are won by luck :D.
