I will also be including some updated pages of Dirty Talk in the rewards pack, as I adjusted a few things in the last few pages (and patreon was giving me errors when I tried to update with the revised pages).
Dirty Talk
It's interesting to see how the reception has been to this comic so far. It's as divided as I expected it to be, but I also wonder if perhaps I need to adjust Patrick's behaviour in the comic a bit. I think everyone's used to him being super goofy and derailing Night's mischievousness, but in this case, this fantasy version of him is taking a backseat. How are you liking (or not liking) the comic so far? I welcome input for consideration.
Mousepads (Including Nude Versions)
As you likely saw, I got some mousepads made! If you haven't, check them out HERE . Also, I talked to the publisher and they are willing to make nude versions of the mousepads, but they will only produce as many as are preordered. So they will likely be a limited run, as opposed to the standard, clothed versions, which will be available indefinitely. I will likely have news on the nude versions today or tomorrow.
I'm sorry for those that may have preferred a nude version and don't want to double dip, but even though I drew nude versions as the base, it wasn't expected that nude versions would be marketable. But there were enough requests for them that the publisher reconsidered and that's why there's an option, if only limited.
UPDATE: The nude mousepads are available for Preorder until May 31st. They'll be available indefinitely as well. Click on the drop down box on the items in the store to select clothed or nude versions.

This is basically the dynamic they have, yeah. I've actually gone back and reworked the story and had Pat do his usual derailment of Night's plans, so I hope you'll enjoy this month's set of pages. And thanks for the input! It shows that I was indeed missing something by not having Pat get involved more.

2017-05-25 05:01:12 +0000 UTCI know I'm late on commenting about this, but how I feel about DT is basically why I'm late. I basically haven't been paying any attention to the comic at all. It's just completely unappealing to me. Seeing Patrick just sit there whimpering just feels bad. Even if the sex is kinda hot, it still just feels terrible because of this. I may not be all that knowledgeable of your characters, but from the way I understand it from the works of yours I've seen in the past, the whole dynamic is that Patrick is a nice guy, and seems a bit submissive, but if pushed he can be very dominant, and that's what Nightshade likes and plays off of. She messes with him until he can't hold back anymore and flips the tables on her. That's a really cool dynamic and it's really hot too. It's not like him to just get cucked and not do anything about it at all. I'm glad you've decided to shift it back in that direction. It's far more interesting and entertaining.

2017-05-25 04:48:12 +0000 UTCI know I love tail stuff a lot, but things done with the tail can really help and enhance how hot a pic is, the same way if the horse guy or Pat would lick or nibble Night's ears. I think that it would make it hotter.

2017-05-05 18:35:06 +0000 UTC@Patrick Costello (Patreon isn't loading your comment for some reason) You're correct in that Night is basically trying to push Pat's buttons to get him worked up, and that they really care for each other. I do think that the key thing missing from this story is, as you pointed out, Pat not being actively involved. I think I'll be reworking the story to have him be more involved. And yeah, it sucks this keeps happening. I'm wondering if I'm honestly burnt out or something if I keep second guessing my stories xD

2017-05-05 02:47:17 +0000 UTCI'll throw in my two cents. I'm liking DT so far. While it is Nightshade's fantasy, it seems like she is playing it up a little bit for Patrick, who may be objecting to some comments, but not to the fantasy as a whole.

So my original plan with this comic was just to have Nightshade go full Nightshade and cuck the hell out of Pat. But seeing people's reactions made me consider this may be going too far in that direction. I wondered if I should have Pat actively get involved in the dream, or just sit back and encourage it. I may end up going back and editing a few panels and dialogue points in the earlier pages to make the changes compliment whatever direction I ended up going in. It kinda sucks b/c this will be the third comic I end up drastically reworking midway through, but I'd rather do that than make Pat feel out of character in the final work.

2017-05-04 22:48:46 +0000 UTCAs far as the comic is concerned, and Patrick's "participation" in Nightshade's fantasy, I'll admit, I'm not a big fan of it. Each time I see him essentially pushed aside and put down, it makes me feel a little sad. However, that it is a fictional fantasy lessens the feeling, allowing me to enjoy the much more appealing public sexual antics, and even cheating aspect. I likely would've enjoyed it more if Pat was unaware of Night's "fun on the side", or even encouraging it. But, it's Night's fantasy, so I guess one can simply attribute Patrick's actions to being part of the fantasy, rather than an accurate portrayal of how he might actually behave. And, seeing as Night is sharing this fantasy with Patrick, for his benefit, one could suppose that even he might find the setting and actions of all involved to be somewhat appealing. He hasn't really objected, all that much, yet. All in all, I have no real objections or issues with the story. It's a fun and playful little piece with some hot elements. But if you're really concerned about Pat not "derailing Night's mischievousness", perhaps there is always the option of Patrick taking over the narrative of the fantasy and having his self finally asserting himself, taking Nightshade back from the other guy and proving to her he can be just as much of a "man" (publicly ;P) as anyone else. But, personally, I'd say keep on with whatever it is you have planned for the rest of the comic. It's a fantasy, and anything can happen in a fantasy. ;)
