Londoners Pages 1 - 8 Outlines
Added 2016-05-28 18:20:43 +0000 UTCOkay! So I've been trying to figure out how to share these outlines with you guys, since there's a bunch of them. I figure the best thing is to dropbox them and refer to specific pages on here. Not the most convenient way to do it, but eh!
So, I imagine most of this is a hot mess to read. It's really just me scribbling down my ideas. You can see how often I scratch out ideas, move around panels, etc. Often the final product looks little like the original.
So for the first page - I wanted to have it start with a narration about London, with Di coming in with a swear, working as a double meaning joke.

The next set of pages are of her getting a rare game in the post (I'm not sure which game - probably Panzer Dragoon Saga for the Sega Saturn) and she's angry the box was crushed, but is more than elated the game is intact.

She then proceeds to 'celebrate' by playing Rez on PS2 with the Trance Vibrator attachment ( google it XD ) and then her alarm goes off (or a text from Puz) and she remembers she has to snag Puz coffee and meet her after work. Of course, being London, it starts to rain, and Di then runs out to fetch coffees.

My original intro for the comic started with the last page, where Di is on her way to get coffee and meet up with Puz. But I felt it wasn't a strong intro and we don't get any idea about what kind of a person Di is. So I felt this new intro was a better overview of her personality: brash, geeky and cheeky!
I have more info I'll share later. But for now, enjoy those sketches (or what you can make of them XD )!
