This month, March specifically:
Added 2020-03-10 09:39:59 +0000 UTCOof, messy month for sure. I'll toss it all in a list, good and bad, no particular order:
1. I'm a caretaker for my grandparents and we live about an hour away from what the news refers to as "the hot zone" for COVID-19 in the US. None of us have it, but if any of us get it, my grandma is toast, since she's not exactly a super healthy person in the first place.
2. I plan to finish buying the remaining parts for my computer some time late this month or early next month, depending on how things go. This should definitely solve the bottlenecking.
3. I'm poor IRL, so I'm going to try to do an oil change myself on my motorcycle, so I can save the $70 labor fee that my mechanic wants to charge.
3a. I keep wanting to try selling plasma for some quick cash, but chicken out every time.
3b. I can't really get a REAL job, since anything meaningful takes me away from my grandparents for too long. (Though I've been poking around at part time temp jobs with late hours.)
4. I'm deleting the Obligatory Overpriced tier on here at the end of this month. It's a bit difficult to promise things when there's a literal pandemic going around and I *might*, *MAYBE* open regular commissions at some point instead.
5. I *WAS* going to be extra-busy this month with family visits, but, you know, the virus. We *might* still get one visitor, as we haven't gotten a hard no from them yet.
6. If you haven't heard, the Blender update that screwed two of my models ONLY broke two, so I checked all of them for basically nothing.
6a. I did find and fix some minor, unrelated issues during the process, and it has also reminded me that after all this time, I still need to redraw a few faces.
7. Made some great turkey burgers and some subpar beef burgers, and found out the fries I bought were, like, an inch long each, ha.
8. Still gotta learn better ways to rig fat characters, especially around the hips and legs.
