Added 2015-05-07 17:33:53 +0000 UTCApparently those in the US using Paypal for pledges will result in declined payments. In the EU, it functions as a bank of sorts, so it skirts the issues. But if you're in the US and using Paypal, there's a high chance your payment will be declined. I think it only affects some people. I guess it also depends if paypal catches it or not.
