I've seen these advertised and pendong researching a bit more, I think I might order them for myself and my elderly parents, who would never be able to heimlich successfully anymore (https://savelix.com/products/savelix-anti-choking-device-for-adult-children) I choked on a Froot Loop once and had to heimlich myself on a dining table chair - there's no terror like that. Rachel, I am so sorry that you dealt with that, period, but especially in front of the girls! My parents tease me that my cats' names are what happens when an English major has free reign: Percy Dylan, Annabel Lee, Dresden Browning, Bela Lugosi, Apollo Prometheus, Bandit (who came to me with his name and defies assignment of one somehow), and Arthur Took. My dad, however, wanted to name me either Jeckie (girl) or Than (with a hard "a" - boy) from his favorite scifi novels, so he is not permitted to judge me. π
