Next Update and Future Plans

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to provide you with an update on the progress of the game and share some insights regarding the challenges we've encountered along the way.

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude for your unwavering support and patience during these years. Your enthusiasm and belief in this project have been incredibly inspiring, and I cannot thank you enough for being there every step of the way.

Unfortunately, I must acknowledge that the game did not take off as expected during the year buffer I had to test the market. Despite my best efforts, the response fell short of what we had hoped for. While this news may be disheartening, it in no way diminishes the passion and dedication I have for creating games.

I want to reassure you that I absolutely love making games, and it's a dream I wish to pursue further. The journey we have embarked upon together has been an invaluable experience that has fueled my desire to continue creating captivating gaming experiences.

Moving forward, I would like to discuss my plans for the future. I still intend to dedicate myself to game development and make it a full-time job, provided there is enough support from the players.

In light of this, I have decided to refine the purpose of our Patreon moving forward. There will be two distinct pledge options available:

1. "Thank You for the Game" Pledge: This pledge option is for those who have enjoyed the game and wish to express their appreciation and support. By choosing this pledge, you are telling me that you liked and enjoyed the game. However, it is important to note that this pledge will not directly maintain the game. It is simply a way for you to show your appreciation.

2. "Please Support My Future Game Development" Pledge: For those who share my passion for game development and would like to see more games brought to life, this pledge option is specifically designed for you. By choosing this pledge, you will be supporting me to continue buying assets and giving me hope that I can still make a living out of creating games of this type.

I also wanted to share some exciting news with you. An upcoming update is scheduled to be released in the coming weeks, and it will wrap up the game and take it to its conclusion. This final update will tie up loose ends, provide closure to the story, and ensure that the game reaches its full potential. I am truly thrilled to bring this culmination to you and offer a satisfying conclusion to the gaming experience we have built together.

I want to also inform you that going forward, I will no longer be creating extra content directly on the Patreon site. While I have appreciated the opportunity to provide additional art and content exclusively to patrons in the past, it has required a significant amount of time and resources. With the limited time I have available, I need to focus on the development of future games rather than creating extra art specifically for Patreon.

I want to emphasize that your support has been vital in reaching this point, and I am deeply grateful for each and every one of you. Together, we have created something special, and I am excited to continue this journey with your unwavering support.
