Welcome Back!
Many of you have asked to learn some "bubbling" which is a Caribbean dance technique and I am more than happy to teach it but to learn that we must have a solid omi foundation and since after our shimmy clinics several of you asked for an omi clinic this was the perfect segway.

So we will go over omi technique basics, tips/tricks, practice methods and areas where we most often tend to go wrong.

There will be a practice video that follows this so.we can put all of this into action.
