Updated character model once more, will probably tweak it some more in the sixth demo as well (her arms aren't properly proportioned).
Made a good game core that handles screen resolution changes, graphic tweaks, UI scaling, stuff like that. If you press ESC there's currently a toggle for going fullscreen, and for changing graphics to lowest (they can go even lower than that but it'll look abysmal)
Stamina. Depletes on sprinting, and on walking if you're carrying too much weight.
Weight, max weight, gradual debuffs for being over encumbered. There's like 4 stages, if your inventory weight number changes color to anything but grey - you're over the optimal limit.
Item conditions. Items can deteriorate. Currently not used, but is represented in inventory. Will be used in the next tech demo properly.
Item use charges. Some items can be used, and their uses are finite.
More tooltip info. It shows item category, item condition, item use charges, its weight, and its list of overall qualities. Just hover your mouse cursor over a bottle of water in inventory and you'll see.
SHADERS. Took me some time and they'll get more work as development continues, but they already look uhhh somewhat decent I guess? They suit the art style and the low poly aesthetic, masking its cons.
I didn't manage to add satchels and shoes, wasted too much time remaking the model. Next tech demo should feature a satchel, shoes, clothes (they all can deteriorate), useable items that are meant to fix other damaged items, container looting, and trading (if I manage to squeeze it in)
