Speaking of Pokémon on the trypod episode from 5/27 he said they were gonna do an afterpod opening a few packs but I don’t see it here? :/

2021-06-11 04:13:37 +0000 UTCI'm glad you guys changed the title/thumbnail of this video, I understand it was for click bait reasons, but it was nice to not see his face or name anymore when seeing the video on my feed. I can't ever forgive him for the SF video, no matter how long it has been.
2021-06-09 20:24:33 +0000 UTCHey Keith, thanks for the awesome nostalgia trip and congrats to finally getting the Charizard at the very end! It was a really fun and wacky video. Speaking of nostalgia, seeing the tweet reply from the TCG breaker about DDR pads reminded me how you've mentioned playing DDR in the past. I think it'd be so cool if you guys did a 4 vs 1 style format with the DDR world champion chris4life and talk about how the game hasn't been lost to time like a lot of people think :) My husband and I get so hyped whenever you mention it. Just throwing an idea! Keep up the awesome work!

2021-06-06 00:53:32 +0000 UTCI really enjoyed the video. The effects were excellent and very funny. That said, from looking at the comments here and on YouTube this seems like it was a controversial one (by Try Guy standards). To clear, I knew nothing of the Pokémon card inventory issue before this video. I think the story edit could have used clarification. If the story told is that scalpers + resellers are putting inventory pressure on stores, opening the cards you bought at the end of the video makes sense as a triumph over inventory issues. Commenting on people (incl Logan Paul) causing a run on the market and blocking lower access buyers is not as clean a story if you are also mentioning scalpers and printing delays, and then ending the video with a large quantity of cards being opened feels like a double back on the story told of YouTube card opening videos people blocking kids from the experience of opening card packs for the first time. Just my two cents ❤️ Also I am sure that this is something your content analysis team will pull out if that is in fact what is going on!
