I love drinking teas too, but I think it's impossible to nail that one type/flavour that everyone is going to like - it's very much like the wine debate. Also, what a lot of people label as "tea" is actually not tea at all - they are infusions or tisanes. The strict sense of tea is that it is made from one plant - camellia sinensis, and various oxidation processes produce the 5 basic types which are white, green, oolong, black and pu'erh. I'm not sure if you'll like to delve into tea knowledge before starting your company, but I think it will come in handy. Plus tea history is actually pretty interesting! All the best to you Zach! (P.S. In Singapore we have a brand called Kittea!)
