Those growers were fun; sauce making is fascinating! I once worked for a grower/distributor I So Cal, the experience was eye-opening; one of my favorite jobs/companies that I've worked at. On the marketing end, sauce guy from NY... now, if I wasn't married AND old, well... Haha. Anyway, looks like you found the perfect right people to bring all this together and finished product looks great. Congratulations Keith!
