We wanted to take a moment to address the recent lapse in bonus content and delayed follow through with our rewards for various tiers. We hear you, and we are so so sorry that we have fallen behind in fulfilling our rewards as of late. We are working on improving our workflows to make sure we can deliver on all the rewards you’ve signed up for.
We’ll also be brainstorming new ways we can connect with you guys to create a true sense of community for you here on Patreon. We are so appreciative of the support you have given, and continue to give us. We are making it our top priority to fix our rewards system and create the best community we can for all of our Tryceratops.
EDIT: We unlocked this for Emerald and Ruby to see too! We're working on fixing all of this as soon as we can!

That‘s a great post to read, because I‘ve recently been pondering if I should unpledge, because the ONLY reason I signed up for Amethyst is for bonus content (never really saw the point of early access). Great news!

That said, not all of us can afford to support something that is given free to others without any perks ;) It’s ok to speak up and I really feel most don’t becasue they get attacked when they do. It breaks down a lot of issues with the merch, people changing tiers, and worrying about getting merch retroactively. A lot of people are saying that they were Sapphire+ and are now Emerald. People are keeping receipts etc.But like please be willing to work through that with us?

I think a lot of people were 100% understanding in the situation but were really wondering about the Merch situation especially. Not many people I'm seeing are mad, just confused and wanting clarity. You'll always get at least $5 from me because I genuinely believe the internet is a better place with you on it. It's just the post thoughts podcast and the merch being consistent, would def get me to raise my level. A lot of people I've spoken have expressed similar things! So I think that would be such a good thing to look at. And those who have paid for merch level and didn't get it are a frustrated. Most people are Emerald I see are ultra happy. I'm glad it's seen as a dialogue and not 'omg lets cancel the guys/yell at them' by most people. That accounts for the maturity of the fanbase and a level of trust we have in you.

2019-11-06 00:25:26 +0000 UTCA separate podcast would be great idea. I joined pretty late and was able to listen to all 20 something Patreon podcasts and then however many normal ones were out at the time all in a row. Now I’m going through withdrawals 😂
