Like going vegan, going vegetarian, being waste free, being car-less (so using bus or bikes). As humans we're going to need to change how we do things as the climate changes and the onus is really on developed nations like the US (and australia where I'm from). Policy and changes to laws and regulations are needed but as individuals we'll also need to make changes. so lets try and see how it goes? :D

I was happy for Ned to finally get out of his head and break that board, happy for Zach that he could do it without getting hurt and hopefully have his Jayden dream come true, and it was great to see both Eugene and Keith both do karate naturally and with ease (aside from a small amount of self doubt from Eugene) that it looked like fun to do (shame I’m too breakable to do it!).

Fantastic video! Board breaking pro-tip: don’t think about the pain, and focus on going through the board, not just striking it! My best board break was at my 3rd degree black belt test - I broke a board with my feet while doing a cartwheel!
