2018-10-02 21:12:03 +0000 UTCI was a nail-biter ever since I could remember, but I've stopped within the past few years except for when I get to nibble around a broken nail. What I notice now is that my nails break before they can be any level of loveliness, and sometimes they break in crappy painful ways. I wasn't aware clipping nails could be scary. But you're removing a part of your body, so I can see it. Zach, I can also relate to your wanting to retain some of the biting; when I was a kid, I tried to bite my little brother's nails because I ran out of nail. He recoiled in horror, as well he should have.

I'm editing articles right now ... would I have to type with the tips of my fingernails? What about ripping off the plastic covering of my hazelnut coffee creamer? Would I poke my cat in the eye while petting her? Would I poke ME in the eye? Yes, I think I would.

Also, Zach’s sudden love of holo reminded me of Simply Nailogical. It would’ve been so good if there’d been a crossover vid with her.
