One detail I really loved, Viktor's commune is built to resemble the arcane singularity. Our first glimpse of the commune is a multicolored stained glass sculpture that looks like part of it, and the shape of the tents is this chaotic landscape. Then there's the organic-looking pattern of holes in the ground and finally the spherical building where you find Viktor is looks like an actual replica. The arcane singularity is part of an elemental force that has overwhelmed the technology designed to harness it. Viktor's commune is an attempt to deliberately replicate that force again through human will and effort.
