My health...damage from my rapist

I have to tell you guys. Open up to you guys. If your okay with it. If you don't know my story that is fine but i made a video about me being diagnosed with ptsd(post traumatic stress disorder) from being assaulted multiple times but also being repeatedly raped by someone i considered a trusted friend who was also my boyfriend at the time. I did not report him because of manipulation and no evidence...i thought he only damaged me mentally but i recently found out that he damaged me physically. I have no idea how much...i tried healing the scar tissue like the doctor recommended but it is still painful to even finger myself. So I need to go to a specialist. This damage is affecting me emotionally and mentally.
