Yuumi.exe - Level up!

The exe is ready! i spend some time to create the framework for this and future exes so it will become way more faster from now.
I made most of the changes that you guys suggested, it supposed to work on Linux and Mac too, sadly the mobile version will have to wait for now.
-Cum button functionality
-Clearer menu
-Sliders for penis, outline, and cum
-Added the versions that where missing
This is a bonus post, i don't charge for this =D
