See I thought it had been explained by those drugs found in the trash. Someone else was blamed for using them to hide his intentions while he sang for Lorne. I’m pretty certain it was subtly explained in that episode he sings.

2024-07-01 01:13:01 +0000 UTCI wish Lorne hadn't blamed himself for not reading Knox well enough. In my head cannon, I don't believe he ever did read Knox at all. If you remember, in the first episode of the season, Fred told Knox he didn't have to go see Lorne to be read. It was her way of telling him that she believed he wasn't evil.
