2023-08-01 12:51:49 +0000 UTCI agree with you that the character of Justine was one of the disappointments. She was literally in the whole season and you didnt know her name in this video. For her to be introduced as someone who's sister was killed by vampires and joined Holtz as his right hand man (so to speak) but I feel like we didn't get to empathies with her enough. Fun fact, when the character was originally conceived of the show wanted that character to be Kate but they couldn't get the actress back. She was now on Law & Order filming in New York and couldn't do both. I do feel like if Holtz was to recruit Kate to be his right hand man based on Vampires killing her father and the supernatural being the reason she lost her job then the character would have had a much bigger impact because we know her backstory and have spent time with her. Where the character of Justine just being a new character we dont have any attachment to her. Sad that we couldnt have seen how this would have played out with Kate instead of Justine working with Holz.
