MiP No chapter this week
Added 2025-08-19 19:32:50 +0000 UTCChapter 49 is not yet ready, and at this point I think either I skip one week, or I'd probably have a series of unpredictable cascading delays for the next several weeks. Of those two options, I think skipping one week is better.

Strangely titled, this chapter seemed unusually short to me. On top of that, it's unclear which character is having the inner monologue which makes it difficult to connect emotionally with the plot development. And is the conclusion the character thinking to themselves, or is it a fourth wall break? Overall I found the minimalist direction intriguing, if not completely satisfying. I look forward to seeing what the author plans to do after taking the story in this bold, if unorthodox, direction.
