2016-11-07 10:41:51 +0000 UTCWhenever a batch is released, Patreon charges you money for it. At the end of each month, Patreon collects the money you're charged for and sends you a receipt. If you did not get a receipt in your email within the beginning of the Month, it means that Patreon did not charge you and that you will not receive this month's batch. If you did get a receipt in your email and have not received the rewards yet, you have to contact Zeronis via message with proof of receipt (Go to the artist's profile, be sure to be on the "Overview" tab => click on the "...More" button => Message).
