thank you, thank you, THANK YOU so much 💖 just randomly found this pic of my old microphone today and it made me think about how far I've come since then. 2025 vs. 2021, absolutely wild to look back on this now.

this is my current setup in my house, with a lil closet I turned into a dedicated recording area! I have an actual office because it's a 3 bedroom house and I was so happy to have a space of my own after spending years sitting on my bed to edit. also, being able to record at night without worrying about family overhearing means I can record consistently and make even more audios!! I've gone from recording in my tiny closet while sitting on an uncomfortable wire shelf screwed in the wall, and having to hide my equipment after each session; then using my best friend's house as a temporary studio. now I finally have a place of my own.

when I first started making audios in 2021, it was just for fun. I was a single mom, stuck in the house and trying to balance part-time college classes to finish my degree. I put my heart into this because it was fun! now you've given me a way out from a living situation I couldn't tolerate anymore, and I can't thank you enough for that.

last year was really difficult in a lot of ways, but I think you know by now that I'm persistent. I want to keep creating, I want the two of us to thrive, and I believe those things are very possible 🥺 I'm going to keep grinding so I can achieve that!!
