Added 2020-10-13 17:03:06 +0000 UTCI haven't made use of Cleo in a while. She went through quite some changes, since she had her debut. Why the police outfit? Well, I've been streaming Resident Evil 2 randomizer, playing as Judy Hopps and I guess that's where the idea subconsciously came from. Also I wish I had an efficient method of crowding a scene more with people, hence why this city seems so empty. Regardless, I still hope you all enjoy this set of three images total, I'll upload each one seperately.
