December Poll Suggestions: Cool Ladies

There's a very specific character archtype where you can relate it with cold, snow or cool and it won't always be blue or white. It may also be black and darker tones to give that "cool and mature" vibe.
So vote for your favorite icy character and lets see who would be able to stave the chill.
