Whatever Toei does is canon to me, Oda even said he's happy for them to expand on things because he's not allowed to use all of his ideas otherwise his chapters would be twice as long, and his Jump editors won't let him do that. Oda basically said, from now on (in Wano), if it occurs in the TV anime, it is faithful to his intentions. So anyway, York cake moving around a little extra is nothing to be upset with.
