This Month’s Poll for the Commissioned Pioneer Tier!

Hello Commissioned Pioneers!

I hope everyone is having a good month so far! First off, I just wanted to quickly address the latest bonus story! Or more specifically, the delay in posting! As many of you may already know through my previous posts, I’m a medical student, so there are times when my schedule tends to conflict with posting. However, despite this, I’ve tried my best to mitigate any conflicting issues when it comes to scheduling and such! Whilst I am usually able to juggle this well, this particular bonus story came at a time when I had two back to back exams within the same month and as a result, things got a bit out of hand especially when my shifts were factored into the equation haha. As a result, the story was delayed by a few days after it should have been posted and for that I am genuinely sorry! I try my best to strive for consistency with my posting schedule as I consider it to be my responsibility to uphold a personal discipline when it comes to these sorts of things so once again I do apologize for the delay. I will try my best to ensure that future bonus stories will be posted on time as every other bonus story has up to this point. :D 

I have to thank everyone for being so patient and so understanding as well, and as with the posts I’ve made prior to this one, I genuinely appreciate each and every one of you for being here with me for these stories. You guys have truly made a massive impact on my life, and I can only hope I can both express my appreciation and also return that good will by writing the best stories I can for all of you.

I do apologize for my long rambles haha, let’s get to the bonus story of the month before I can ramble some more! 

In this month’s short story, we take a deep dive back into Aetheronrealm! Or more accurately, Aetheron prior to the events of the Nexian reformations! We revisit Princess Lita in this particular story as she tackles the political turmoil stemming from the friction caused by the Empiricalist’s continued breakneck pace of advancement and the resultant fallout that comes as a result of the monumental changes being made in their wake! The race between the arcane and empiricalism continues as a new project comes to light in the halls of the throne room, one that seems to be in the best interests of all. 

This story ties back to two previous bonus stories in particular! The first being A Bedtime Story, which was the first story to introduce Princess Lita as a child, and the second being Visions of the Void, where we see Princess Lita as an adult where she navigates both her own arcane projects and her investigations into the progress made by her Empiricalist counterparts! I do suggest that you guys give those a read if you haven’t yet, before you check this one out! :D 

As always though, the new month calls for another round of votes!

So let's get right into the task at hand!

You guys should already see the Monthly Short Story for May already up and live! Last month you guys voted for Wearing Power Armor to a Magic School's seventeenth side story, the synopsis of which is provided above!

There’s quite a bit of Aetheron lore I divulged in this one, a lot of which I’ve been excited to write for a long while now so I really hope you guys enjoy it! :D 

Now, onto this month's poll for June’s Short Story!

For those of you who are new Commissioned Pioneers, here's a little description of just how the polls work:

Every new month, each person in the Commissioned Pioneer tier gets 1 vote for one of the four story concepts listed in the poll. The poll will be posted soon after the release of the previous month’s bonus story. Voting will last for about three to four weeks following the poll’s release. This is so that everyone has ample time to vote across the entirety of the month, and so that I have time to write up the story for the new month!

And of course, as most of you guys are here for Wearing Power Armor to a Magic School, as well as Humans Don't Hibernate, this month's poll will again include an option for additional side story opportunities for these two universes! :D
