Get some tissues with me as I talk for 17 damn min and rambling about how I’m supposed to move on. I watched this on Sunday & still been DOWNBAD ever since. I also said my quick lil rankings and hopefully now I can pop up in some amazing podcast one day and talk about my opinions more vocal. Thank you all for this amazing journey, I started reacting in Dec 2020 and didn’t start posting until Jan.
All the laugh, tears & sadness I’ve experienced was for this moment. The end, the end of an era. Thank you Buffy and everyone here. For sharing this journey with me❤️.

You said you had some unpopular opinions but some of us, like me, agreed with you on almost everything. There were a bunch of scenes where I'm like "Yes! Finally! Someone gets that!" I think I just liked Drusilla a bit more than you, lol. But now I'm 24 and I watched this series with you as an adult. And there was an emotional aspect that I never understood as a child. I'm so grateful I went on this journey with you. Hearing Buffy's last speech made me more emotional than I anticipated. I love your reactions and i cant wait to keep going with you. Much love, Naj.

2023-05-27 00:25:41 +0000 UTCI remember watching the finale on tv 20 years ago (I was 14 at the time), and I legit felt Buffy's speech put some kind of power in me? I was watching the woman who had been my heroine while I was growing up on screen one last time. And in that moment I felt "ready to be strong" too.. as lame as that sounds, haha. I'm now 34, and I still think 'What would Buffy do" a lot whenever I feel like I need some extra strength/encouragement. She really was THAT character. She saved not only the world, but also me - a lot. And judging from your reaction once it was all over, I think you get me.

Here's some random things: Spike knocked down the Sunnydale sign AGAIN The final battle when the 1st was taunting Buffy, it was supposed to be Joyce, but the actress wasn't available. They were supposed to bring Tara back, via a wish, but again, not available (rumor I heard that Joss Whedon has said) The cheese in RESTLESS represents the slayer line. It's all lined up, in a nice row, until the 1st Slayer says buffy is alone and the cheese guy holds up TWO pieces of cheese from the line, indicating her and Faith. So many more things. I suggest starting with a RESTLESS rewatch :)
