The way it took this to get this lady out of here 😭😭. Jesus Christ man, if you would had told me from S1 of Buffy that Angel would have a damn baby with Darla I would had laughed in your face. Like this is insane 💀💀.

"Her snooping due diligence" made me laugh. I remember this as the episode that finally got me invested in this season. The song Holtz sings to his daughter was the one my mom sang me when I was a little kid. It's a really old Welsh lullaby that I don't think I've ever heard on TV, and it shook me hearing it from him. I ADORE Fred and Cordy slapping poor Gunn over and over so blandly--it cracks me up every time. This is also the episode where I finally began to think Darla was interesting on her own merit instead of just in how she was affecting Angel. That scene on the rooftop where she's desperate to keep her soul so she can keep loving the baby always makes me choke up, so of course this is when they kill her off lol.
