Buffy The Vampire Slayer 3x07 “Revelations” Reaction
Added 2021-05-14 16:46:33 +0000 UTCIt’s been a crazy day so excuse the talking of others at the end lol. This episode was a win for the Bangel nation. I’m hurt that faith feels excluded from the group and now there’s tension between her and Buffy. Hopefully by the next episode they’ll be able to talk and bond more. I expected Faith to try and kill Angel, therefore I wasn’t angry because that’s her job! To kill the vampires and she has no attachment to them. However, XANDER YOU HAVE SOME FUCKING NERVE. Everything Buffy does you get angry at, and especially right now you can’t talk cause you lied to her in S2 and still it hasn’t been discussed and NOW you’re cheating with Willow and have a nerve to bitch about lying.
I can’t wait for the reveal of them cheating so I can fully get in Xander ass. He’s been pushing buttons since Angelus/Willow x Oz storyline. It’s giving very much “he only cared about you when someone else has you.” Oz and Cordelia deserve better. And my baby Giles is so precious.

Excellent reaction, SO valid!! I'm glad you're not down on Faith, Buffy did lie to her about Angel, then she was manipulated by Post and Xander. I'm really not surprised she's feeling distrustful now :( I get why people are worried and hurt but Xander just goes over board with pointing the finger and manipulating Faith was extremely low even for him. I agree with you, it's 99% jealousy at this point and he needs to get the f over it. Willow wasn't really doing that much better, particularly kissing Xander, noooooo!!!! I really don't blame Giles for not being able to separate Angel and Angelus, it's only been a few months since Jenny's death and his torture and he never thought he'd have to see Angel again so he's dealing with A LOT. I do get why Buffy didn't WANT to tell anybody but I still don't think it was the right decision, not least because Angel fell through a portal from a hell dimension. Does she know where the portal is? Does she know if it's closed and more things aren't coming through? Never mind the fact that she really needed to tell at least Giles. But I do understand and the fact that she makes mistakes (IMO) is normal, she's only 17. I wasn't sure why you were mad at Giles for what he said to post. Did you think he meant to use the flame on Angel? That's the only thing I can think of. I mean, he and Post are working together so he needs to tell her the info so they can do something about it. Anyway, another supremely enjoyable reaction :D

2021-05-18 01:53:14 +0000 UTCHahaha I've never seen anyone so annoyed by Xander and Willow to the point of rooting for Gwendolyn Post and Faith against Xander and Willow. One little moment I enjoy in this ep is when Buffy is fighting Lagos, despite the secret Buffy was keeping, and beyond Willow's own cheating, you can see that Buffy is Willow's absolute hero when she's watching her fight Lagos.
