How to claim your game

Collectionists/Beta version: https://kitolmek.itch.io/myjlc-beta/patreon-access
I highly recommend Collectionists to claim the Dandies version as well. So if something goes wrong with beta (as it is more frequently updated) you might play the game there.
It requests to authorize your patreon account first to add the game to your library.
Attach the game to your account, so you don’t loose it later.
Despite it says ’nothing is available’, the game page is already in your library, so you can easily access it at any moment.
Your games list is available from the menu in the right top corner. BTW itch interface is translated to multiple languages, so you can change your settings.

2024-11-10 04:23:18 +0000 UTCDid you try the incognito mode? I've seen it helped someone on Reddit. Someone says it worked in Chrome, someone said about Edge. It seems this randomly happens for years. Also (I guess) there may be some lag between payment processing and API update. If this will still remain an issue, PM me later. UPD Btw I'm experiencing issues with connecting to itch at all atm. Looks like some technical issue on their side. So may be just try again in a few hours.

2024-11-09 19:07:24 +0000 UTCI can only get as far as the "Itch.io would like to..." page. Everytime I hit "Allow", it takes me to a page that says "There was an error with your request". I've tried it on different browsers and different devices and keep getting the same problem. Anyone else run into this?

2024-11-09 18:39:40 +0000 UTCYes, it will work for Dandies and Colectionists until v2.0. This decision was made to deliver updates faster and protect your exclusive contents from piracy. I understand that it might be inconvenient for someone, so I tried to make it clear in the benefits descriptions and compensate the limitations with new bonuses. Though, the public version will be released soon, including the downloadables.
