Since no one seems to be explaining, what you guys are seeing aren't fillers they are special covers and opening Oda does for the manga. Thats why you don't recognize the clothes or the scenes. Oda also does special request from fans as well and makes those into covers.

A lot of the scenes from these openings are from the cover art. You guys should do a reaction to the cover arts from pretime skip because they contain canon info.
