Hey everyone! I'm so sorry this one is late - I thought I had scheduled it but I guess not! My apologies D: here is my updated stretching routine; the one that I have recently learned that has helped me with stretching exponentially. I have found this to be horrible but also very rewarding haha as we all know, I hate working out, and stretching is part of that XD but I love the results and the way my body feels afterward so I think it's worth it in the end. This is for anyone who also hates working out and/or stretching but wants to do it more <3 we're in this together <3 :D
