It appears to be a Vimeo issue to me. In my experience those colour bars mean the finish failed to upload properly, and it's often difficult to completely replace the video source. I often have to delete that version and upload as a fresh version. I don't know how that affects the Patreon link and if that can be edited or not.

2021-03-30 18:16:52 +0000 UTCIt is not finding it on my Samsung android either. It opens some weird "instant app" that I don't actually have installed on my phone which is concerning (not your fault) but says it can't find the video.
