My life is a circus

My life feels like a big circus πͺ crazy attraction , mind-blowing moments, breath taking news and some magic β¨
I wanna thank you for the support and say how much it is still helpfully for me to have patreon. It gives me air to breathe π¬οΈ
I am currently working on setting up the Loslassen Assosiation & The parallel universe events as a more sustainable model for those how work in it while not loosing my current community and guests.
The three people in the core team I offered now a 10/h salery and I also try to limit now the low income and helpers because on 80 guests to have more than 30 helper + 10 presenter is not very sustainable for the business. π
While trying to learn how to make a budget and stick to it I realized how grateful I am to have a such understanding and supportive team.
So yeah I feel like growing (and failing sometimes)
