Going forward, I need your help!

So currently I'm creating 2 sculpts per month along with additional parts for existing sculpts.

However, I'd like to know what you guys would prefer. I feel that I'm more than capable of creating at least a third sculpt every other month and possibly an extra every month at a push.. so what do you all want?

Please vote for what you'd like me to do from October onwards...

If you try to do too much, you'll start cutting corners and the quality of your work will suffer. Keep with 2 sculpts and accessories, and if you have the time, toss in an extra thing. Don't set the standard has having the extra thing, quality over quantity. If you bring in another sculptor to work with you, then add more stuff but keep your workload where you're comfortable.

Agree quality comes first please.

Quality over quantity is all, no need to go overboard and burn yourself out. Youre making awesome sculpts, keep at it

Better make to perfect in a month, make the 3rd one as a bonus every 4th month of the year

Thanks for the insight - as always it's great to hear your valued opinion. Personally I feel that 2 one month, 3 the next, 2 the next etc.. is something that wouldn't stretch me beyond my time constraints or expectations and would also enable me to get out more varied sets of models to appeal to a wider audience and have a bit of something for everyone. It would be good to be able to offer say a comic, a movie and a classic for example.

Don’t ever try to push yourself 100% just to meet the goal. If pushing yourself is 2.5, then I’m with others, stick with 2 and work on the extras as bonus models or backups for rainy days. Keep them out of the polls for voting or pick ones that came in 2nd to drop in later. As your crowd grows you should look to some other groups and offer to throw in promo models (every month multiple patreons I follow have cross promotions where they just give a past model away to subscribers of someone they partnered with and vice versa). This will expand your reach and potentially bring in new subscribers at the cost of a giveaway. If you’re getting cross promos in return it will grow your monthly offering without having to do any of the additional work, and your existing subs will get free stuff. Win win win.

Yeah, I mean I love the work you do and I plan to stay on for a long time so six months to a year from now parts for figures that you did would be great but right now I have one month so all those parts for older figures would be sort of useless Unfortunately

Keith Ahlstrom

Can’t argue with this.

The general idea is that the longer someone is a member the more of the back catalogue they unlock. However, I definitely do see your point as it would be no use to someone that has just joined.

Don’t burn yourself out. Keep a sustainable pace.

I would say additional parts is great but as a new member they would not due me a lot of good since I don't have the older models if I had them I would say additional parts

A diorama for the character. Related to their universe as an extra.

NerdByDayNerdByNight

You really need to do the iria character we spoke about dude live action version would be ace

Steve

2 per month is fine. With extra parts for previous months sculpts. Get yourself a back catalog of sculpts ready for when you go on vacation or an emergency pops up.
