Chapter 82: Dream 

Roy was really going all out this time, determined to properly defy his teacher. 

But the Great Demon Lord was the Great Demon Lord. No matter what tactics Roy used, he could never completely defeat Elizabeth. 

This woman's stamina was like an endless well, constantly draining Roy's body. 

"Little Roy, my child, if this is all you've got, you won't be able to satisfy me!" 

Elizabeth looked at Roy with a mischievous expression.

The blonde little girl looked up at Jennifer. 

"I... my brother is missing!"

Even though almost ten years had passed, Jennifer still remembered what Nidy looked like when she first met her. 

At that time, Jennifer had just been adopted by her adoptive parents, and Nidy had just moved to Waterfall Town. 

It was one afternoon that Jennifer and Nidy accidentally met, and from then on, they became inseparable best friends. 

But why would Nidy as a child appear here? 

Jennifer hugged little Nidy, stroking her hair to comfort her. 

"It's okay, Nidy, it's all over now!"

Michael Myers! 

This was the image Jennifer feared most in the depths of her heart! 

The moment she saw Michael, Jennifer immediately held her head and screamed. 

"Ahhh—" 

After screaming, Jennifer opened her eyes again and found that Nidy, Michael Myers, and the red-haired clown were all gone. 

She was no longer in the hospital observation room, but lying in her own bedroom bed.

"Was it a dream?"

"Pennywise? From outer space?"

Roy was speechless. He hadn't expected demons and angels to be so competitive. 

"So, how can we get rid of Pennywise?" 

"As far as I know, Pennywise is immortal. It feeds on fear and lives by fear. However, if you can make Pennywise feel fear, you might be able to kill it." 

Roy recalled the movie plot, and it seemed that was indeed the case. 

The protagonists overcame their own fears, and the clown's power began to wane, eventually leading to its demise at the hands of the group. 

Hmm, with his memory attribute getting higher and higher, Roy's recollection of movie plots was becoming clearer.

Roy then asked his last question. 

"How do I find Pennywise?" 

"That guy likes dark and damp places, and he likes to target children when it's raining."

Roy looked out the window. It was currently raining heavily in Waterfall Town. This seemed to foreshadow something. 

"Thank you, Teacher Elizabeth. Then I'll take my leave." 

With that, Roy prepared to make a run for it, because Elizabeth's foot was rising higher and higher, almost touching his vital region. 

If he didn't run, Roy felt like he would be devoured alive. 

"Leaving so soon? Stay a little longer! Teacher thinks your physiology knowledge needs some serious reinforcement!" 

Roy was originally just walking quickly, but upon hearing this, he bolted, afraid of being left behind if he was too slow. 

Fortunately, Elizabeth was just joking with Roy. He escaped all the way back to his car, and she didn't try to stop him. 

"Hmph! One day, I'm going to make that woman scream 'Daddy'!" 

Just as he finished speaking, his phone suddenly rang, startling Roy. 

Roy looked around, feeling a bit guilty, afraid that Elizabeth might suddenly pop out from somewhere and demand a rematch. 

Luckily, it was all just Roy's imagination. 

He picked up his phone, and the screen showed Jennifer's number. 

"Hey, Jennifer, I was just about to come pick you up." 

"Roy, something happened! Needy, Needy is gone!" 

"What did you say? When did this happen?" 

Jennifer's voice on the other end of the phone had a trembling sob in it. 

"I just got a call from Rebecca. I don't know when it happened..." 

"Jennifer, don't panic! Are you at home? I'll come find you right now!" 

After hanging up the phone, Roy immediately started his car and drove to Needy's house, then picked up Jennifer and headed to the town's hospital. 

Observing the hallway outside the ward, Arthur was holding Rebecca, comforting her.

"I checked, but Needy isn't visible on the surveillance video. It's like she vanished into thin air." 

Jennifer looked at Arthur in disbelief. 

"Uncle Arthur, how can someone just disappear?" 

As she spoke, Jennifer suddenly remembered something and pulled Roy aside. 

"Roy, I had a very strange dream last night!" 

Jennifer told Roy in detail what happened in her dream, and this instantly made Roy understand what had occurred. 

"It seems Pennywise took Needy!" 

"Pennywise? You mean that red-haired clown?" 

Roy nodded. 

"Jennifer, what you saw probably wasn't a dream, but something that actually happened. Do you remember when it happened?" 

"About half an hour ago." 

"Then there should still be time! Let's go!" 

Roy immediately pulled Jennifer back to the Chevrolet Camaro. 

"Roy, where are we going to look for Needy?" 

"Someone told me that Pennywise likes to hide in dark and damp places! I suspect that guy took Needy into the sewers!" 

In the movie, the clown was indeed in the sewers, but the sewer systems in Europe and America are quite complex, and searching directly would be a waste of time. 

"Jennifer, I need your help! You possess some kind of special power, a power that can help us find Needy, just like you saw last night!" 

Hearing this, Jennifer was stunned for a moment. 

"The power within me?" 

Roy placed his hands on Jennifer's shoulders and looked her earnestly in the eyes. 

"Yes, that power. We need it. Needy is waiting for us!" 

Jennifer was momentarily dazed, clutching the necklace around her neck, the friendship necklace that Needy had given her. 

"I understand!"
