So they simply get one of the prisoners and have their way with them. The term "breeding" is a bit loosely used here, as this is not for reproduction, but just for satisfaction of primitive needs of the creature. The wet noises of penetration, moaning and growling can be heard echoing trough the dimly lit dungeon-like chambers. This means the guard is having some unholy fun.

I think this is a more about carnal pleasures for her. Imagine having to guard these human prisoners in the depths of hell for literal aeons. Even if they (the prisoners) die during intercourse, she just revives them for again to have her way with them for eternity.
