Update: CE 3 up for preorder, April break, schedule change...

Hello everyone,

Just a general update to keep you informed of some developments on my end, from new book launches to a break in April.

• Commerce Emperor 3 for pre-order

First of all, I'm happy to announce that my publisher has finally given me a launch date for the third and final volume of Commerce Emperor on Amazon and Kindle Unlimited, namely March 26th. The novel is thus already available for pre-orders.

As usual, I would like to thank you all for supporting the series during its publication. As you well know, I've burned out on the trilogy midway through and completing that third volume took a lot on me; I probably wouldn't have finished it without you, and I thank you for that.

Due to KU's usual exclusivity rules, I'll have to remove the third novel's chapters from both Royal Road and Patreon around March 14th. As always, dracolich patrons have until that time to download the free ebook compilation here (https://www.patreon.com/posts/48625485 ). I'm pretty sure you've lively checked it by now, but if you want to reread the volume one last time, now is the time.

• April Break (April 5th to 12th) due to Perfect Run game meetings

The second big news is that I'll be taking an update break from April 5th to 12th. The reason is... well, unfortunately I can't tell you much yet due to some very restrictive Non-Disclosure Agreements, but things have been moving a lot on The Perfect Run game front and I'll have to meet with some very important people during that period; and if all goes to plan, development is going to scale up a lot in scope, budget and importance. Unfortunately, that means I'll have to focus on that during that time and won't be able to write much.

I'll wait until the ink is dry to announce anything, but if this deal goes through... well I'll probably have to scale back the rate of chapter publication in the second half of the year to focus on game development (that and I'll have to be scripting on The Perfect Run webtoon). We'll see, but I'll keep you informed.

• Update Change: more focus on B&C over DW

The third thing is that I'll probably start focusing more on Board & Conquest over Dungeon Wreckers when it comes to update schedule in the coming weeks for a variety of reasons (with Blood & Fur remaining untouched). Besides the fact that producing seven chapters or so like last week (on top of game and webtoon development) is pretty unsustainable for me, Board & Conquest is currently on rising star and B&C patrons are largely overtaking DW ones here on Patreon, so it makes more sense to focus on the former. I'm currently leaning towards having three B&C chapters a week and two DW ones instead of the reverse like before.

Once Board & Conquest falls off rising stars... well, I'm still considering my options since I would say DW is roughly 20/30 chapters from completion (as it was always meant to be a short novel like Gunsoul) and doing so would give me more time to focus on Blood & Fur (which is also in its final volume). We'll see after the April break, but I'm leaning towards focusing on DW until completion, then split the time between the other novels.
