Defining Duke, Episode 247 | Forza Horizon 6 Is FINALLY Happening...

Forza bros, rejoice! After plenty of speculation, rumors, and eventual leaks, Forza Horizon 6 has finally been announced at Tokyo Game Show 2025. Joining me is honorary Duke, Sir Bradley Ellis, to discuss all things Forza and more in the world of gaming! It has been long anticipated that Playground would take the franchise to Japan and now that it's finally happening, we have a lot to go over. Landing in 2026, this will be hitting Xbox and PC first, which already lands a little out of the realm of our expectations. When is the inevitable PlayStation port? We dive into just that. Moreover, Playground may end up being the 2026 darling for Xbox if Fable and Forza hit in the same year. If you're obese with zero health, 10k steps a day can save your life as you start your health journey. Otherwise cardio is your best bet. Anything intense. Also, lift heavy. If you can do 7 ugly reps of something, do 5 for a few weeks and then do 6. While also doing a couple lighter sets. Add a rep every week. I did this and now I can do 10 reps of my heavy weight. Which I guess is now my light weight lol. Lat pulldowns. But works for most exercises Ive found. Only issue is I've maxed out my machine now...

Xbox doesn't care about console sales and they are the one least needing console sales to fuel their revenue/profit. The entire model has shifted. It is not a growth driver for them. Anecdotally, my friends list is going to PC. As a matter of fact, almost everyone I consistently played with on Xbox back in the day now plays on PC. I've even heard whispers from some of my PlayStation friends about going to PC. It's where people are going, and the entire industry is undergoing change.

Matty im here to encourage but call out. You have not gone to the gym consistently enough to grow your legs. Lifring weights needs consistency. Take supplements to help muscle growth. Eat good foods that grow muscle. Come in with a gym plan and excute everyday. Push yourself. Stay consistent for 1 year. Heavy weights, target each muscle group. Guarantee you will start to see results and your legs will no longer be skinny. Do your cardio on a separate day. I know we are all busy but health should not be neglected! You want something to change do something about it man. Get a gym partner. Someone that will help and push you. Someone you want to impress or even be better then. Get at it man! Time to lift weights along with all that cardio. Life needs balance. Be well and healthy.
