Hey Wrecking Crew, Is there a repeating element in a game series that you don't mind every time it shows up, like the tree from Kirby, Green Hill Zone in Sonic, A Link to the Past map design, etc. Enjoy the summer heat!

As a lover of the original 3ds game by Akihiro Hino along with music from Nobuo Uematsu it was quite the gem to discover back then and I poured a good 120 hours into it according to my 3ds activity log. I am beyond excited for this new installment and wanted to know if you shared any interest. The game went through a bit of a rough but interesting development from the Developer Blogs posted on Level5's site and was delayed multiple times but when they were ready to announce a release date they came out swinging with cross save/cross play, simultaneous release on consoles and PC as well as early access in the form of a deluxe edition. Thoughts? P.S. For anyone interested a few things of note: Switch 2 patch has been announced by level5 but no word on release date or if it will be a paid or free. An epic games account is needed for the cross save feature.

2025-05-12 07:58:39 +0000 UTCGood morning from misty Ireland, we’re lucky here that Switch 2 stock is exceeding demand and our main supplier in Smyths has still got them available for pre order. I however, despite complaining for a long time, have cancelled and re-pre ordered an edition multiple times… I just don’t know if I need it day one, there’s not a lot there that interests me at the moment game wise, but a new shiny console is hard to ignore. Anyone else feel the same? I’d mainly be picking it up to play BOTW or TOTK in 60fps. Enjoy your day folks, Cormac🇮🇪
