Here, we get some action, sure. But we also get a lot of texture into important characters and events, some not covered in any great detail within the in-game world. Thus, prepare for a quieter (though not totally quiet) and more cerebral (though not entirely heady) episode of The Last of Us, as we pass the halfway mark of season two.

Why do you think everyone else must agree with you? The second game is even better than the first, and aside from some nitpicks I have, the show is excellent.

2025-05-11 05:01:00 +0000 UTCI liked this episode quite a bit. Think the pregnancy scene was a big nothing burger for me. Didn’t even think about until after the show until I started reading people make a big deal about it. I thought the music store scene was special. One of the few times that the show was actually better than the game.
