This Week's WIP and Previews
Added 2025-04-29 17:39:53 +0000 UTCHere's this week's WIP!
Ada's infected with the D-Virus. Lend a girl a hand? And maybe a little bit more?
This was requested through our VRAR program. Kaeg was on animation with this one.
Succubus Iris in a moonlit threesome? Sure, why not.
LP is the original animator on this, with Kaeg providing some detailed animation and scene set up. We're trying a new way of setting our scenes up for VR, and so far I'm liking it.
Last but not least, you and Emma Frost have been tasked with investigating a deserted carrier. That's what she told you, anyways.
Another scene with Kaeg on animation, I wasn't sure if I would be able to fit this in within the week.
Honestly, I had a lot of fun doing 3 sessions this week. Between that and the gym, I'm feeling quite fulfilled and sleeping well, so I might go back to 3 sessions a week.
That's right. You will get MORE content on a weekly basis. But ONLY if I can do so without losing quality, and not go insane in the process.
On to the previews!
First up:
Another VRAR, this was requested awhile ago. Abysmal did us justice, actually modifying the model to work a little better in our scene. There's even a slight position change in there! I feel like the camera is a little frantic, but it's meant to be a frantic scene.
Next up:
Yet another commission conversion of one of LP's works, I wanted to extend this to be much longer but the loop just wasn't possible in the time that I had. So while I am disappointed with the overall length of the VR version, it is what it is. I typically don't use the compositor for lighting and color adjustments, but once I saw LP's original release I realized it would be essential to match his desaturated stylization.
I'm very happy with how the ending turned out. I wasn't sure about the doors opening in VR, but the lighting and scene changing worked great. I'm so glad to be working with LP on a regular basis.
As I mentioned, Kaeg helped me set up LP's scene with Iris this week, and he did a real bang up job. I couldn't be happier with how that is turning out, and I can't wait to release it. I believe moving him over to scene set up from VRAR's will save time on my end, allowing me to focus more on final touches and actual rendering, which SHOULD lead to a higher production rate and at the very least, maintaining and improving our scene quality.
Don't worry, Kaeg will still be doing animating on his own time. This just means you'll be seeing his personal touch in more of our releases. Which I believe to be a good thing.
Once we are caught up on VRAR's in 3ish months, we'll be able to keep those current while releasing more of our own projects, and possibly reopening commissions. One step at a time. As usual...
Enjoy!
