We decided to try a couple new things on this animation, those being based around creating a more humanoid monster. We played around with bump mapping, as well as different base textures, and of course upscaling and denoising. The texture could be a little cleaner, but the general effect works overall. I think with a little bit more refining we'll have it down.

The team and I are working on getting fully caught up from vacation, sickness, and injury, but we have a plan set in motion and things should be back to normal in a couple weeks' time. Once we're caught back up, I plan to attempt a second blender animation a week as previously mentioned. I'm lucky to have a great team at my side who are as patient and talented as they are.
