Bread Makes You Fat: Kim visits the Kingdom's bakery where she tries a loaf of their specialty bread. However, eating the loaf causes her to suddenly fatten up much to her shock and a little bit of pleasure. Gainer Tape: Kim finds an old video in the kingdom's old VHS rental place. Using a VCR, she starts to watch it, only to be bombarded by a hypnotic screen and images of Kingdom residents getting fat. Kim is hypnotized into eating and getting just as fat as the images. Pac-Kim: Kim ends up inside of a pac-man like game as she munches on cake slices within a maze, getting plumper and plumper with each bite.

She tries to remove it from her face but is unsuccessful and her body blows up and bigger and bigger. And it is only successfully removed by burping so loud it snaps off of her face. Now as a fattened giant she gets up off of her giant fat ass and stomps it with her giant fat feet before it can get up for round 2 and destroys it.

Enjoying her time playing it, she accidentally hits a P-Balloon in the game. Though not suffering any ill effects, she blazes through the level, hitting multiple through her time playing. Eventually, she beats the Game. Though once she does, her body starts to blow up misshapen, eventually becoming Uber inflated. Annoyed by her situation. Mega Kim: Walking through the refreshment area of the Kingdom, Kim's attention gets caught by E-Tank like drink. Quickly, she starts to guzzle them down, enthralled by the taste of them. With each drink, her arms begin to bulk up with muscle. While her gut begins to hang low with can after can of the drink. Soon enough, Kim has a very bottom heavy look with massive beefy arms looming over the stand that was selling the drink, wanting more. Level Up: Kim, coming across a whole mob of grunts. Gets annoyed by one of them & hits them over the head. Defeating them, she gets a score & grows a bit in height & in the T&A. Enjoying her new assets, Kim starts knocking the grunts out. Growing larger & curvier as she does. Eventually crushing the kingdom with her sheer size & glee as she eventually gets the high-score. Though as an oversized & massively stacked giantess.

Showing a few panels of Roxie taking her for a vacation to JK and turning into a super-feeder there, Kim just getting pampered and fed and fattened, and then At the end, showing her wedged halfway into Stephen's apartment, Roxie trying to cram her through, as they show up for band practice post-vacation. Alternate ending, stuck backstage in a dressing room at a venue in JK, with the others offscreen calling for her and Roxie still feeding her even as she's trying to squish through the doorway. Lesbian feederism...

She likes it enough to keep idly munching until the table’s clean and she’s full with a round gut. The evil hands, looking for some fun, pull her back to a chair before she can head back on stage in front of a freshly stocked table with much bigger portions. They stuff her to a fat giant size let’s say, leaving her dazed and confused from the monumental stuffing. Curtains open for show time, but her giant freckled butt is the only thing the audience sees, she’s too out of it to play. Instead, the evil hands play her massive butt like a pair of drums. (In reality, they’re hitting her cheeks with paddle-sized drumsticks and leaving them a little red.)
