Info: Jan Bill Pause, Polls

Just two quick things:
- I will be pausing bill charges for January, so you will not be charged for Jan. Billing will resume February 1st :). I will still be posting art in Jan - I just wish to catch up on previous rewards and focus on some commissions I got going on.
- The Voting poll for December will be posted, but the winner of that poll will be completed in January. I still need to complete the image for last months poll.
